- How do I book an appointment? ▼
- You can book online using the "Book Now" button on any page, call us at (323) 555-0184, or stop by the salon. Online booking is available 24/7.
- How far in advance should I book?
- For standard services, we recommend booking at least 1 week ahead. For bridal, extensions, or major color transformations, we suggest 4‑6 weeks. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
- Can I request a specific stylist?
- Absolutely. When booking online, you can select your preferred stylist. If your stylist is unavailable at your preferred time, we'll suggest the next best match.
- What is the cancellation policy?
- We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged 50% of the service price. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.
- What if I'm running late?
- Please call us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate you, but if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled.
- How should I prepare for a color appointment?
- Arrive with dry, unwashed hair (24‑48 hours since your last wash). Avoid heavy styling products. Bring 2‑3 inspiration photos for reference.
- Do you use ammonia-free products?
- Yes, we primarily use low-ammonia and ammonia-free formulas to protect your hair's integrity. We also add bond-protecting treatments to every color service.
- How long does balayage last?
- Balayage grows out naturally and can last 3‑4 months before a touch-up is needed. We recommend a gloss treatment in between to keep the color fresh.
- What is a gloss treatment?
- A gloss is a semi‑permanent color treatment that adds intense shine, refreshes your tone, and neutralizes brassiness. It's a perfect add-on between major color services.
- What types of extensions do you offer?
- We offer tape-in, hand-tied, I-tip/keratin bond, and clip-in extensions. The best method depends on your hair type and lifestyle — we'll guide you during a free consultation.
- Do extensions damage natural hair?
- When applied and maintained correctly by a certified specialist, extensions should not cause damage. We prioritize your hair health and use protective techniques.
- How often do extensions need maintenance?
- Tape-ins need a move-up every 6‑8 weeks. Hand-tied extensions require tightening every 8‑12 weeks. We'll create a maintenance schedule that works for you.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash. We do not accept personal checks.
