Welcome to Glamour Loft Hair Studio ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website or booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use our website located at glamourloft.icu, or who receive hair and beauty services at our physical location (7428 Melrose Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90046).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, scheduling an appointment, or receiving services from Glamour Loft, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Services

Glamour Loft provides hair salon services including but not limited to haircuts, coloring, styling, treatments, extensions, and bridal services. All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at our discretion.

While we strive to achieve the desired results, hair outcomes may vary based on individual hair type, condition, and previous treatments. We make no guarantees that a particular style or color will be identical to reference photos.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price. Repeated no-shows may result in the requirement of a deposit for future bookings.

Please arrive on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to accommodate other guests.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price quoted at the time of booking is an estimate; final pricing may vary based on the stylist's level, hair length and thickness, and additional services agreed upon during consultation.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All sales are final. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; if you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 7 days.

5. Gift Cards and Promotions

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They never expire. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Glamour Loft Hair Studio and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

7. User Conduct
